SHIPPING POLICY

At LittleWhittleLenny [LWL], we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and reliably. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping procedures, delivery timelines, costs, and important information regarding the handling of your shipments.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. 

Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or after 3:00 PM WAT (West African Time) will be processed on the next business day. 

During peak periods (such as festive seasons, sales events, or new collection launches), processing time may extend to 2–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Timelines

We partner with reliable local and international courier services to ensure your package reaches you safely.

The estimated delivery date is usually 3 to 5 business days within Nigeria from the date of shipment and 7 to 15 business days for international shipping (outside Nigeria) from the date of shipment.

Please note: These are estimated timelines and not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, public holidays, customs procedures, or high shipment volumes.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination, the weight and dimensions of the package, and the selected shipping method (where applicable). 

Nigeria: Flat rate or weight-based shipping fees apply. The exact cost will be displayed at checkout. 

International: Shipping costs vary by country and will be shown before you complete your purchase.

We reserve the right to adjust shipping rates without prior notice. However, any changes will not affect orders already placed.

4. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate, including:

Full name

Street address (no P.O. Boxes for certain couriers)

City, State/Province, and Postal Code

Correct phone number (very important for local delivery in Nigeria)

Any necessary landmarks or delivery instructions

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an invalid address, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to re-ship the order.

ORDER TRACKING

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

6. Order changes or cancellation after shipping.

Once an order has been confirmed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified, system and currency exchange fees are incurred, so cancellations after confirmation are not possible. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

If you need to change the shipping address after shipment, please contact us immediately. Additional fees may apply, and we cannot guarantee the change will be possible.

7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders Only)

For orders shipped outside Nigeria:

You are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, and VAT/GST imposed by your country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid directly to your local customs authority upon arrival.

LittleWhittleLenny [lwl] is not responsible for any customs delays or additional fees.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated duties and taxes before placing an international order.

8. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@littlewhittlelenny.com with your order number and tracking details.

For shipments confirmed lost in transit by the courier, we will investigate with the carrier and work toward a resolution, which may include a refund or replacement at our discretion.

9. Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt fails (e.g., no one available to receive the package, incorrect address, or refusal of delivery), the courier will usually leave a notice or attempt redelivery. 

After multiple failed attempts, the package may be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, you may be charged for return shipping and re-shipping fees.
