REFUND POLICY

RETURN AND REFUND INFORMATION

At Little Whittle Lenny [LWL], we are committed to delivering high-quality streetwear that meets your expectations. We understand that sometimes a product may not be the perfect fit, and we want the return process to be as smooth and fair as possible.

1. Return Window

You may return eligible items within 14 calendar days from the date you received your order. The item must be in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging.

2. What Qualifies for a Return

 Items must be unused, in new condition, and free from any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

 All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

 Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

3. What Does Not Qualify for Return or Refund

 Items marked as Final Sale, Clearance, or Special Edition (clearly stated at checkout).

 Custom or personalized items.

 Any item that has been overly worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

 Items without original tags or packaging.

 Underwear, socks, or hygiene-related products for health and safety reasons.

 Products returned after the 14-day window.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

 If approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment.

 Refunds will be issued within 5–10 business days after inspection.

 You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

Note: Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. If you used a discount code or promotion, the refund amount will reflect the discounted price.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

6. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@littlewhittlelenny.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

Defective items are eligible for a full refund or replacement (subject to availability) and we will cover the return shipping cost in such cases.

7. Return Shipping Responsibility

 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.

 We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

 For international returns, any customs duties or taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

8. How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at support@littlewhittlelenny.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

3. Ship the item to the address provided in the RMA email.

9. International Orders

For orders shipped outside Nigeria, please note that we cannot refund any customs, duties, or taxes paid in your country. Refunds will only cover the product cost (minus original shipping).
